How can I reach JP directly?

Our customer service staff will forward your request to JP and ask him to respond to you directly. Please allow him a week or two reply, as his work load can be heavy at times. If it's important for you to get a response to your question immediately, please choose "URGENT" in the priority section and we are happy to ask JP to make your request a high priority.
